This is an aluminum carabiner designed for a whole host of climbing uses. It makes a fine lanyard snap or it can be spliced directly to a climbing or safety line. Think of it like a carabiner with a captive bottom part that won't let a rope move to the top.
- Double locking, meaning that when you release the gate these automatically snap shut and lock...no more hoping to remember to twist down a screw gate and wondering if you are safe or not.
- Triple action to open. You need to lift up the lock, turn it, and then press open the gate.
